Vocational Training & Assessment
VTA (Vocational Training & Assessment) training for 3-4 groups of 25 students in
Garissa County, Kenya.
- This training is the beginning of the incentivisation project of what capabilities are available in certain Areas of the Garissa county in Kenya.
- VTA training is focussed on:
o English language
o Digital literacy
o Personal development - From the outcome of this course, performed by local teachers, in combination with the
existing or planned agricultural or industrial development of the area, we can start to focus on the necessary educational courses and job-link facilities. - Each course will be prepared, supported and monitored by RTT and Everizone and from the lessons learned of this project plans will be made to prepare he second stage and perform the VTA on a larger scale in the Garissa County or even in other counties of Kenya.
